All equipment hire and service requests are subject to equipment availability, site safety inspection, and written confirmation. Clients are responsible for providing safe site access and accurate operating requirements prior to deployment.
Quotations provided by Alpha Ceth Group Limited remain valid for the period specified in the offer. Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed contractual schedule and billing terms.
Operations are conducted in strict compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures. The client agrees to adhere to all safety guidelines issued by our certified equipment operators and technical personnel.
Alpha Ceth Group Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delays or site conditions outside our reasonable control.
